Comment réserver ma place ?How do I book my spot?
Directement dans le calendrier de la fiche de chaque atelier : Atelier 1, Atelier 2, Atelier 3 ou L'Atelier privé. Choisissez votre date et remplissez le formulaire de réservation.
Right in the calendar on each workshop page: Workshop 1, Workshop 2, Workshop 3 or The Private Atelier. Pick your date and fill out the booking form.

Combien de participantes par atelier ?How many participants per class?
Six participantes au maximum, pour que chacune soit bien accompagnée. Le hands-on de l'Atelier 2 se fait à trois, et L'Atelier privé en tête-à-tête.
Six participants max, so everyone gets close guidance. The Workshop 2 hands-on is limited to three, and The Private Atelier is one-on-one.
Puis-je venir accompagnée ?Can I bring someone with me?

Proposez-vous un atelier privé ?Do you offer a private session?
Oui. L'Atelier privé est une séance entièrement construite autour de vous : une styliste Ophair, votre perruque, votre rythme. La séance dure 2 heures et coûte 400 $, taxes en sus.
Yes. The Private Atelier is a session built entirely around you: one Ophair stylist, your wig, your pace. The session lasts 2 hours and costs CA$400, plus taxes.
Dois-je suivre les ateliers dans l'ordre ?Do I need to take the workshops in order?
Non. Chaque atelier est indépendant : l'un n'empêche pas l'autre.

Dois-je apporter ma propre perruque ?Do I need to bring my own wig?
Oui. Pour l'Atelier 1 : une perruque en cheveux humains, fraîchement lavée et séchée. Si vous portez une perruque, gardez-la et apportez celle sur laquelle vous voulez travailler. Pour Glueless 101 : rien au watch and learn ; au hands-on, votre perruque si vous voulez la mettre à niveau. Pour l'Atelier 3 : une perruque en cheveux humains, fraîchement lavée et séchée.
Yes. For Workshop 1: a human hair wig, freshly washed and dried. If you wear a wig, keep it on and bring the one you want to work on. For Glueless 101: nothing for watch and learn; for the hands-on, your wig if you want to upgrade it. For Workshop 3: a human hair wig, freshly washed and dried.
Puis-je apporter une perruque synthétique ?Can I bring a synthetic wig?
Pas pour les Ateliers 1 et 3 : les perruques synthétiques ne supportent pas la chaleur et ne sont pas acceptées. Pour l'Atelier 2, le type de cheveux importe peu : il faut une closure à lace fine.
Not for Workshops 1 and 3: synthetic wigs can't take heat and are not accepted. For Workshop 2, the hair type doesn't matter: you need a closure with fine lace.
Je n'ai pas de perruque. Puis-je participer ?I don't have a wig. Can I still join?
Oui. Aux Ateliers 1 et 3, réservez une unité de pratique à 45 $ au moment de votre inscription, en option dans le calendrier. L'unité reste au studio, et les 45 $ vous sont crédités sur un fitting au showroom dans les 30 jours. Pour le hands-on de Glueless 101 : nous pouvons vous prêter une perruque d'essai, lace déjà coupée, pour 45 $. Réservez-la au moment de votre inscription. Au watch and learn, pas besoin de perruque.
Yes. For Workshops 1 and 3, reserve a CA$45 practice unit when you book, as an add-on in the calendar. The unit stays at the studio, and the CA$45 is credited toward a showroom fitting within 30 days. For the Glueless 101 hands-on: we can lend you a sample wig, lace already cut, for $45. Reserve it when you book. For watch and learn, no wig is needed.
Ma perruque doit-elle être lavée avant la classe ?Does my wig need to be washed before class?
Pour les Ateliers 1 et 3, oui. Elle doit être fraîchement lavée et séchée, pour que l'on puisse se concentrer sur la lace et le styling dès le début.
For Workshops 1 and 3, yes. It must be freshly washed and dried, so we can focus on the lace and styling from the start.
Et si ma perruque n'est pas en bon état ?What if my wig isn't in good condition?
Si votre perruque est très emmêlée, très sèche, abîmée, ou si la lace doit être réparée, un service professionnel peut être recommandé avant la classe. L'atelier est pensé pour une perruque propre et prête à être travaillée.
If your wig is very tangled, very dry, damaged, or the lace needs repair, a professional service may be recommended before class. The workshop is designed for a clean wig that's ready to work on.
Dois-je déjà savoir boucler ?Do I need to know how to curl already?
Non. L'Atelier 1 vous guide étape par étape, quel que soit votre niveau.

La perruque est-elle posée sur ma tête ?Is the wig installed on my head?
Aux Ateliers 1 et 3, non : tout se fait sur une tête de mannequin fournie. À Glueless 101, non plus : en watch and learn, c'est la présentatrice qui fait la démonstration, et en hands-on, vous pratiquez sur votre propre perruque ou sur une perruque d'essai.
In Workshops 1 and 3, no: everything is done on a mannequin head we provide. In Glueless 101, no either: in watch and learn, the instructor gives the demonstration, and in the hands-on, you practice on your own wig or on a sample wig.

Combien de temps dure l'atelier ?How long is the class?
L'Atelier 1 dure deux heures : accueil, démo lace et préparation, blow-out et hot comb en rotation, boucles, finition et photos, puis routine maison. L'Atelier 2 dure 1 h en watch and learn, ou 2 h en hands-on. L'Atelier 3 dure 1 h 30.
Workshop 1 is two hours: welcome, lace and prep demo, blow-out and hot comb in rotation, curls, finish and photos, then the at-home routine. Workshop 2 is 1 hour as watch and learn, or 2 hours hands-on. Workshop 3 is 1.5 hours.

Puis-je acheter les produits utilisés pendant la classe ?Can I buy the products used in class?
Oui. Les produits d'entretien sont en vente sur place, avec un rabais réservé aux participantes.

Ateliers 2 et 3Workshops 2 & 3
Que propose l'Atelier 2 ?What does Workshop 2 cover?
L’Atelier 2 : Glueless 101 se donne en deux formats. Watch and learn (1 h, 95 $) : la présentatrice fait la démonstration de l’ajustement sans colle, puis du melting et du styling. Hands-on semi-privé (2 h, 3 personnes, 175 $) : vous pratiquez vous-même, sur votre propre perruque pour la mettre à niveau, ou sur une perruque d'essai. Les deux formats se réservent en ligne, dans le calendrier de la fiche.
Workshop 2: Glueless 101 comes in two formats. Watch and learn (1 hour, CA$95): the instructor demonstrates the glueless fit, then melting and styling. Semi-private hands-on (2 hours, 3 people, CA$175): you practice yourself, on your own wig to upgrade it, or on a sample wig. Both formats can be booked online, in the calendar on the workshop page.
Fait-on du styling à l'Atelier 2 ?Is there styling in Workshop 2?

Que dois-je apporter à l'Atelier 2 ?What should I bring to Workshop 2?
Watch and learn : rien, la présentatrice fait la démonstration. Vous pouvez apporter votre perruque pour un diagnostic : voir si elle peut se porter sans colle, ou s'il vaut mieux y ajouter une bande ajustable. Hands-on : votre perruque si vous voulez la mettre à niveau, ou rien. Sans perruque, une perruque d'essai, lace déjà coupée, vous est prêtée pour 45 $.
Watch and learn: nothing, the instructor gives the demonstration. You can bring your wig for a diagnosis: whether it can be worn without glue, or whether it's better to add an adjustable band. Hands-on: your wig if you want to upgrade it, or nothing. Without a wig, a sample wig with the lace already cut is available for $45.
Peut-on ajouter une bande ajustable à l'Atelier 2 ?Can I add an adjustable band in Workshop 2?
Oui, en option, pendant l'atelier, pour 20 $. Des accessoires (wig grip, etc.) sont aussi en vente sur place.

L’Atelier 3 : Styling : Lissage vous apprend la technique Ophair au fer plat : préparation avant la chaleur, sections fines et une seule passe, pour un fini lisse et brillant, sans frizz. Durée : 1 h 30, sur tête de mannequin.
Workshop 3: Styling: Smoothing teaches the Ophair flat iron technique: prep before heat, fine sections and a single pass, for a sleek, glossy, frizz-free finish. Length: 1.5 hours, on a mannequin head.
Combien coûtent les Ateliers 2 et 3 ?How much are Workshops 2 and 3?
Atelier 2 : watch and learn 95 $, hands-on semi-privé 175 $. Atelier 3 : 130 $. Taxes en sus.
